How do I request an exchange or return?
CurvQueen's 100% Fit Guarantee offers easy exchanges for another size or item. Please note that size guidelines are posted on our product descriptions for your reference and to help you get a more accurate fit.
To issue an exchange or return, simply contact us and inform our customer support team of your order number and request. Once your request is approved, we will send the return instructions by email. As soon as you have brought your package to your local post office, please reach out to us and share your return tracking number.
