How long will it take for my exchange or return to be processed?

We will fully investigate and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or not.

Once we've confirmed that your package has been received and inspected in our warehouse for an exchange or return request, you will receive a refund in store credit. You can use it to place your new order right away or on a later date, up to 1 year after receipt.

We will get your refund processed for you within 1-3 business days, and you will get notified by email. Please note that a $5 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

If you did not receive your refund within 5 business days after confirmation, we recommend to contact us right away.
