I received a damaged item. What should I do?

First of all, we apologize that you received a damaged item and we would be more than happy to help you with a resolution. Please contact us with the following information:
1. Your order number.
2. Photo(s) clearly identifying the damaged item.
3. Photo(s) of the shipping label with your order information.

Suppose your claim of receiving a damaged item has been accepted. In that case, you don't need to return it and we will send a replacement free of charge. A shipment notification will be sent to your email within 5 business days.
Please note that after 7 days from the order received date, items are not considered damaged but a result of misuse, alterations, improper care or accidents.
