I received a damaged item. What should I do?


We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please contact us with photos clearly identifying the damage or defects and the shipping label with your order information and we would be more than happy to help you with a resolution.
If your claim of receiving a damaged product has been accepted, you don't need to return the product and we will send a replacement FREE of charge. Please note that after 7 days from the order received date, items are not considered damaged but a result of misuse, alterations, improper care or accidents.
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN THE PRODUCT TO THE ADDRESS STATED IN THE SHIPPING LABEL. IT IS NOT OUR RETURN ADDRESS. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO OFFER ANY SOLUTION FOR LOST RETURNED PACKAGES.
