I received a damaged item. What should I do?


We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please contact us and send a photo of the product received showing its defects and the shipping label with your order information and we would be more than happy to help you with a resolution.
If your claim of receiving a damaged product has been accepted, you don't need to return the product and we will send a replacement FREE of charge. Please note that after 7 days from the order received date, items are not considered damaged but a result of misuse, alterations, improper care or accidents.
