I received the wrong item. What should I do?


We apologize that you received the wrong item. Please contact us and send a photo of the received product and the shipping label with your order information and we would be more than happy to help you with a resolution.
If your claim of receiving the wrong product has been accepted, you may return it within 14 days after delivery for a replacement. Please note that we cannot accept a return or an exchange (even within 14 days after delivery) in certain situations, including, but not limited to:
- Items have been washed.
- Items have the tags removed.
- Items have visible signs of wear or use.
- Items are not in its original packaging.
- Items damaged by misuse, alterations, improper care or accidents.
- Items refused by the customer. All sales are final.
- Instances of abuse of the CURV QUEEN™ return policy.

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN THE PRODUCT TO THE ADDRESS STATED IN THE SHIPPING LABEL. IT IS NOT OUR RETURN ADDRESS. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO OFFER ANY SOLUTION FOR LOST RETURNED PACKAGES.
