I received the wrong size or item. What should I do?
First of all, we apologize that you received the wrong size or item and we would be more than happy to help you with a resolution. Please contact us with the following information:
1. Your order number.
2. Photo(s) clearly identifying the incorrect size/item.
3. Photo(s) of the shipping label with your order information.

Suppose your claim of receiving the wrong size or item has been accepted. In that case, a return address will be provided to you, and you may return the product within 14 days for a replacement free of charge. You must provide proof of shipment and a working tracking number.
After the return has been accepted, a shipment notification for the replacement will be sent to your email within 5 business days and your return shipping fee will be refunded in store credit.
