RETURN POLICY


Due to hygiene concerns, please note that it is not our practice to accept item returns or exchanges for whatever reason other than the item being damaged or wrong upon receipt. Learn more about it here: How do I request an exchange or a refund?
If your claim of receiving a damaged product has been accepted, you don’t need to return the product, and we will send a replacement FREE of charge. Please note that items are not considered damaged after 7 days from the order received date but a result of misuse, alterations, improper care, or accidents.
Suppose your claim of receiving the wrong product has been accepted. In that case, you may return it within 14 days after delivery for a replacement. The customer pays for the return shipping, and Curv Queen™ will pay for the replacement’s outbound shipping.
If you happened to order the wrong size, we have to deny your request for a refund or replacement. Size guidelines are posted on our product description for your reference and to help you get a more accurate fit.
Please note that we cannot accept a return or an exchange in certain situations, including, but not limited to:
- Items have been washed.
- Items have the tags removed.
- Items have visible signs of wear or use.
- Items are not in their original packaging.
- Items damaged by misuse, alterations, improper care, or accidents.
- Items refused by the customer. All sales are final.
- Instances of abuse of the CURV QUEEN™ return policy.
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN THE PRODUCT TO THE ADDRESS STATED ON THE SHIPPING LABEL. IT IS NOT OUR RETURN ADDRESS. CURV QUEEN™ IS NOT LIABLE FOR LOST RETURNED PACKAGES.
Curv Queen™ does reserve the right to deny any refund or replacement request, but that’s just some legal lingo we need to add here just in case. We promise to do what is needed to make things right!
