RETURN POLICY

CurvQueen will accept returns up to 30 days after the delivery date, this includes sale items. Due to hygiene concerns, please note that it is not our practice to accept exchanges or returns for bras and underwear. In most cases, we can only process one exchange or return for each order. For your benefit, please carefully consider all the items you need to return.
CurvQueen reserves the right to refuse any exchange or return requests. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags and liners attached. We ask that you wear underwear when first trying on your purchase. Returned items will be inspected by our team and any returns that don’t meet our policy will not be accepted.
CurvQueen cannot accept exchanges or returns in certain situations, including, but not limited to:
- Items have visible signs of wear or use.
- Items have been washed or have a perfume smell.
- Items have the tags removed.
- Items are not in their original packaging.
CurvQueen is not liable for any lost returned packages. Please do not return your purchase to the address stated on the shipping label, it is not our return address. It is the responsibility of the customer to reach out to our customer support and file a return request. For instructions on how to ship your return package, refer to the email received after placing the return request. Please note that returns should always come with proof of shipping and a working tracking number.
CurvQueen only offers refunds to store credit and not to the original payment method. Original shipping fees, return shipment fees, or any other associated costs are the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable. Please note that a return handling fee of $5 will be deducted from your refund. If the return was caused by a rightful claim of receiving the wrong size or item, or quality problems, that is accepted by our team, there is no handling fee and shipping costs will be refunded.
