I didn't receive my replacement package. What should I do?


You can track your replacement package with the tracking information provided in the shipment notification email.
Please note that packages usually take 5-25 business days for delivery and in rare cases, the shipment can take up to approximately 30 business days. This has to do with the logistics status of the shipping company, customs, or holiday seasons and is completely out of our power.
