EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY
Please note that we don't accept item returns or exchanges for whatever reason other than the item being damaged or wrong upon receipt. We don't accept the exchange or return of undergarments for hygienic reasons.
If you happened to order the wrong size, I'm afraid we have to deny your request for a refund or replacement. Size guidelines are posted on our product description for your reference and to help you get a more accurate fit.

REPLACEMENT AND REFUNDS POLICY
Please note that we don't accept refund and replacement requests for whatever reason other than the item being damaged or wrong upon receipt.
We offer refunds or replacements within 30 days of receiving your order.
You can refund your product for store credit, a different product of the same price or more but the customer have to pay the price difference. Refunds cost a minimal fee of $4.99 for handling, plus your initial orders non-refundable shipping.
Please note: We cannot accept a refund or replacement request (even within 30 days of purchase) in certain situations, including, but not limited to:
Products showing excessive wear and tear, or at the end of their intended lifespan.
Items damaged by misuse, alterations, improper care, or accidents.
Items have visible signs of wear or use.
Items have been washed.
Items have the tags removed.
The customer cannot show the original packaging.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT
1. Send us an email at email@example.com
2. A brief explanation of the product issue and your order ID on the message box.
3. Attach photos of the product(s), packaging and the shipping label.
We will fully examine the photos and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement.
If you are eligible for a refund, the cost of the items will be refunded to you within 14 business days. If you are eligible for a replacement, you will be asked to return or ship the product received to the nearest Curv Queen warehouse. As soon as the item returned is received, the replacement will be shipped out.
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN THE PRODUCT TO THE ADDRESS STATED IN THE SHIPPING LABEL. IT IS NOT OUR RETURN ADDRESS. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO OFFER ANY SOLUTION FOR LOST RETURNED PACKAGES.
DIDN'T RECEIVE YOUR REFUND?
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account number again. Then contact your credit card company, because it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Curv Queen does reserve the right to deny any refund or replacement request, but that’s just some legal lingo we need to add here just in case. We promise to do what is needed to make things right!
