SHIPPING METHOD
Plus Shipping | The package is shipped from the local warehouse, tracking number available.
Top Shipping | The package is insured and shipped from the local warehouse, tracking number available.
Express Shipping | The fastest shipping method, currently not available due to COVID19.
Standard Shipping | Shipping method available for all orders. The package is shipped from the main warehouse located in Asia, sometimes no tracking number is available for customers.

EU, USA, UK
Packages from these locations usually arrive within 5-10 business days, and within 1-3 business days with Express Shipping.

AUS, NZ & OTHER COUNTRIES
Packages from these locations usually arrive within 10-25 business days, and within 5-10 business days with Express Shipping.

CAN
Packages from these locations usually arrive within 25-40 business days, and within 10-15 business days with Express Shipping.

Please take into account a processing time of approximately 1-5 business days. In rare cases the shipment can take up to approximately 30 business days. This has to do with the logistics status of the shipping company, customs or holiday seasons, and is completely out of our power. When your country is not listed at the checkout, please contact us to ask about your shipping time.
Please note that 2 and more items ordered may arrive to you in separate packages.

SHIPMENT TRACKING
As soon as the order ships, you will get an email with tracking information. You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification email.

We don't recommend contacting customer support until it's been longer than the estimated shipping time. If it's been more than the allotted shipping time for your order, feel free to reach out via the "Contact Us" link found at the bottom of this page!

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS
You can change your shipping address after you place an order as long as the item has not shipped out yet. You can only do this the same day the order was placed because items are processed and shipped as fast as possible. Please note that we cannot promise to make any changes to the order, especially after 24 hours have passed.

PACKAGE LOST OR STUCK IN TRANSIT
Every once in awhile, orders can get stuck or lost in transit. If this happens, don't worry, we'll get you taken care of! On the other hand, when tracking information hasn't shown progress in several days, many people think their order is stuck or lost, when it isn't.

It's important to understand that during the tracking process, orders can sometimes be in the same phase for up to a week without making any updates. This doesn't always mean the order is lost. During the shipping process, orders are handed over to different processing and sorting centers. When a package arrives at a new sorting facility, it can sometimes stay there for several days before moving to the next phase.

We recommend customers wait a week or so before checking with Customer Support. Either way, we will be sure to work with you until your shipment is received, even if that means shipping it again!

PACKAGE HAS FAILED TO DELIVER
Here are the common reasons why parcels fail to deliver:
1. Item refused by the addressee
2. Incorrect / Illegible / Incomplete address
3. Expired Retention Period - in some countries, receivers are advised to claim their packages in the local post office. If left unclaimed, the parcel will be sent back to our warehouse.
4. Addressee Absence - Addressee not available at the time of delivery
5. Customs Policies, Rules, and Regulations

Kindly contact your local post office to arrange a re-delivery or collect your item right away. Generally, the carrier has a collection deadline, we'd advise you to pick up your package at once, or it might be returned to our warehouse.
If the package has failed to deliver, please note that the package will be resend right away and the customer will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges.

IS COVID-19 AFFECTING DELIVERY TIMES OR OPERATIONS?
Due to the current global situation, order processing and shipments may experience some delays due to widespread shipping restrictions and screening both for US and International orders, but please rest assured your order will still be delivered to you. We appreciate your patience in these difficult times.

We are closely following official regulations to ensure we are prioritizing the well-being of both our staff and customers, as this is of utmost importance to us. Our warehouse team are following strict safety protocols that are implemented to protect their well-being. These precautions may result in a slightly longer dispatch time than we usually deliver, but we will do our utmost to ensure that all orders get to you as soon as possible.
