CurvQueen ships worldwide. We’ve teamed up with shipping partners around the globe to ensure your purchase is delivered to you in no time. Below outlines shipping costs based on the shipping method, time frame, and your location:

Depending on the destination country and shipping method chosen at checkout, international orders can take between 3 to 16 business days to deliver. Please also consider a processing time of 1–3 business days before an order is shipped. Transit begins the first business day after an order is shipped. Please note that two or more items ordered may arrive in separate packages.
CurvQueen's Shipping Guarantee offers premium protection and safety for your purchase during international shipping. Exchanges, returns or refunds are only available for orders that have been successfully received by the customer. If your package is reported stuck or lost in transit and you did not receive it within the guaranteed time frame of 25 business days, we reserve the right to send a replacement free of charge.
CurvQueen is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect address provided by the customer. Orders are shipped to the delivery address entered by the customer during checkout. CurvQueen doesn't ship to APO/FPO and military addresses, while our express shipping partners like DHL and FedEx, cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please ensure your delivery details are correct, as we are unable to redirect packages or process any refunds once your order is shipped.
CurvQueen does not take responsibility for any shipment delays by our carriers. We cannot guarantee delivery times but provide estimates as provided by our shipping partners. We are not responsible if the package is not delivered at the guaranteed shipping time as we cannot be held liable for our courier guarantees. No refunds for shipping costs will be given in these cases.
CurvQueen is not responsible for any import duties and taxes. Any state sales duty, import fees, or customs charges at the point of or after delivery must be paid by the customer. If you refuse the shipment or choose to abandon the shipment, you agree that you will not be refunded. It is up to the recipient to see if their country has customs charges or fees. As customs policies and import duties vary widely depending on the country, we have no control over these charges. Please familiarize yourself with your country's regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order. The customer must take entire liability for any parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges. Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees will all be deductible from any refund due.
CurvQueen is not accountable for any orders marked as delivered or when delivery attempts have been made. It is the responsibility of the customer to accept the delivery or collect the package from the local post office in time. If your package has failed to arrive, contact your local post office to arrange a re-delivery or collect your purchase right away. Generally, the carrier has a collection deadline. We’d advise you to pick up your package at once, or it might be returned to the warehouse, or get disposed of. If the package has been returned to the warehouse without our approval, it will be automatically shipped back to the customer with additional shipping costs.
CurvQueen cannot be held responsible for any missing or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. We claim responsibility for the package until it reaches the customer, or until the tracking states “Delivered” or “Notice Left”. CurvQueen is not responsible for packages that are stolen from your doorstep after they were delivered by the carrier. The customer accepts full responsibility for filing any stolen and/or lost shipment claims with the carrier. If you suspect that your package was stolen or missing, please file a police report and contact the local postal service for claims.
