1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
CURV QUEEN™ ships your order directly from the warehouse to the shipping address you specified. This allows us to offer our products at the lowest possible price point. No shipping costs are charged for worldwide delivery with the Standard Shipping option.

EU, USA, UK
Packages from these locations usually arrive within 5-10 business days, and within 1-5 business days with Express Shipping.

AUS, NZ & OTHER COUNTRIES
Packages from these locations usually arrive within 10-25 business days, and within 5-10 business days with Express Shipping.

CAN
Packages from these locations usually arrive within 25-40 business days, and within 10-15 business days with Express Shipping.

Please take into account a processing time of approximately 1-5 business days. In rare cases the shipment can take up to approximately 30 business days. This has to do with the logistics status of the shipping company, customs or holiday seasons, and is completely out of our power.

When your country is not listed at the checkout, please contact us to ask about your shipping time. 
Please note that 2 and more items ordered may arrive to you in separate packages.

Please note that CURV QUEEN™ is not accountable for any orders that have been marked as delivered, nor when delivery attempts have been made. Please contact your shipping company. If a package has failed to deliver, the customer will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges.

CURV QUEEN™ is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to worldwide shipment. Please familiarize yourself with your country's regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order.

IS COVID-19 AFFECTING DELIVERY TIMES OR OPERATIONS?
Due to the current global situation, order processing and shipments may experience some delays due to widespread shipping restrictions and screening both for US and International orders, but please rest assured your order will still be delivered to you. We appreciate your patience in these difficult times.

We are closely following official regulations to ensure we are prioritizing the well-being of both our staff and customers, as this is of utmost importance to us. Our warehouse team are following strict safety protocols that are implemented to protect their well-being. These precautions may result in a slightly longer dispatch time than we usually deliver, but we will do our utmost to ensure that all orders get to you as soon as possible.

We recommend monitoring your local postal service for up-to-date information on deliveries in your local area, as these vary from region to region. Please feel free to reach out to us anytime if there are any concerns about any order in transit.

2. SIZE GUIDE
Please note that there is a different measurement system in the country of our manufacturer. The size on the label of the item you'll receive may differ from the size you ordered. It is usually 1 or 2 sizes bigger. This does not mean that you have received the wrong size, since the measurements are still the same as the EU size you ordered. Size guidelines are posted on each of our product description for your reference and to help you get a more accurate fit.

3. EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
Please note that we don't accept item returns or exchanges for whatever reason other than the item being damaged or wrong upon receipt. We don't accept the exchange or return of undergarments for hygienic reasons.
If you happened to order the wrong size, I'm afraid we have to deny your request for a refund or replacement. Size guidelines are posted on our product description for your reference and to help you get a more accurate fit.

4. REPLACEMENT AND REFUNDS
Please note that we can only accept refunds and replacement requests for items that were received damaged or wrong. If this is the case, kindly contact us for investigation and possible solutions we can offer.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account number again. Then contact your credit card company, because it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

5. ORDER CANCELLATION
Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order after it was placed.
