What causes a delayed delivery?

Here are some possible cases where delays occur:

1. Failed Delivery Attempts
Couriers make two or three attempts to deliver your package. Please contact the courier or shipping provider as soon as possible. They’ll usually resend your parcel the next working day, or ask you to pick it up at their office. Contact us if the package gets returned. Please note that in this case there will be additional shipping costs.

2. Custom Clearance
The postal service will update your tracking status after your package has been cleared and released. For more information about your delivery, you may also contact your local post office or delivery service provider.

3. Holiday Seasons
A sudden or unexpected increase in delivery volume is most common during the holiday seasons. Follow up with your local post office to track down your package.

4. Weather Conditions
Bad weather can slow down the transit and cause a delay. Please keep track of your order.

We cannot guarantee delivery times but provide estimates as provided by our shipping partners. We are not responsible if the package is not delivered at the guaranteed shipping time as we cannot be held liable for our courier guarantees. No refunds for shipping costs will be given in these cases.

If your package is stuck or lost in transit, a replacement is automatically shipped out for free!
